J-Point
Service website for a company delivering wheels, car parts, and other goods from Japan to Ukraine and beyond.I provide long‑term WordPress support and feature development to keep the site clear, trustworthy, and convenient for customers ordering from Japan.
Long-term client website maintained through updates, support, and practical improvements.

Project background
J‑Point specialises in bringing Japanese goods to Ukraine and other regions, with a focus on car‑related products: wheels, tyres, parts, and accessories. For many customers, the website is the main way to learn about the service, understand how ordering from Japan works, and get in touch about specific items.
The site needs to communicate reliability and experience, explain the delivery process from Japan, and make it easy for visitors to request quotes or ask questions.
The challenge
Rather than a one‑time build, this project is about long‑term development on a working service website. The catalog and content have to stay understandable even as new categories or directions are added, while the technical side must remain stable despite changes over the years.
Any improvements or new functionality need to fit into the existing structure and design, without breaking familiar flows for returning customers who have been using the service for many years.
What I worked on
- Ongoing WordPress maintenance for the existing theme and plugins, keeping the site secure and up to date while preserving its current look and behaviour.
- Gradual improvements to content structure and layouts so information about delivery from Japan, conditions, and contacts remains clear and easy to navigate.
- Implementation and tuning of new features when the business needs them: updated forms, additional content blocks, or other functional elements that support the ordering process.
- Attention to performance and reliability so the website stays accessible and responsive for users from different regions.
- Technical support over many years, helping the site evolve with the company instead of becoming outdated or needing a full rebuild every time something changes.
The focus is on a practical working tool for the business: the site should clearly explain services and handle enquiries, not just act as a static brochure.
Selected screens
Key screens include the homepage with an explanation of the service and benefits of ordering from Japan, detailed information pages describing delivery of wheels and other goods, and the contacts page with phone numbers and email for communication. Together they show how J‑Point presents itself as a specialist in Japanese imports and gives customers straightforward ways to reach out.

Support and continuous improvement
For more than five years, I have been responsible for supporting and extending this WordPress site: monitoring updates, solving technical issues, and implementing new ideas as the service offering grows. This long‑term collaboration helps J‑Point keep its online presence stable and effective without interrupting business processes.
