Project background

Ecclimat is an engineering company that provides a full range of services in ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and cooling systems. The website needed to present complex technical services in a clear way, help potential clients quickly understand the company’s expertise, and make it easy to request consultations and projects online.

The challenge

The project required building a custom WordPress theme tailored to a service company with several directions, rather than adapting a ready‑made template. At the same time, the content structure had to stay flexible so managers could keep pages, services, and case studies up to date without breaking the layout or depending on a developer for every change

What I worked on

  • Development of a fully custom WordPress theme focused on service presentation, clear navigation, and lead‑generation elements (contact forms, phone numbers, and call‑to‑action blocks).
  • Implementation of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for all key content areas, so editors can manage page sections, service descriptions, and technical details directly from the admin.
  • Structured content model for service directions (ventilation, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration) and related pages to reflect the real business structure of the company.
  • Responsive front‑end implementation to ensure the site is easy to use on desktop, tablet, and mobile, including quick access to contacts and request forms.
  • Basic performance and SEO setup: clean HTML structure, headings, metadata, and readable URLs for service pages.

The focus was on building a reliable service website that communicates the company’s engineering expertise without unnecessary visual noise and remains convenient to maintain over time.

Selected screens

Key screens of the project include the homepage with an overview of services and advantages, detailed service pages describing engineering directions, and contact forms with essential company details. Together they show a structured, business‑oriented design where the user can quickly find the right service and get in touch with the company.

Support and continuous improvement

Beyond the initial launch, I handle full technical support for this website: monitoring performance, updating WordPress and plugins, and making ongoing improvements to content structure and layouts when needed. The website is also hosted on my own hosting, which allows me to control updates, backups, and uptime, and to react quickly if any issues appear.
